「Agoda」を経由してご予約いただいたお客様において、以下のようなトラブルが確認されております。

・ご予約情報が当館に通知されず、お部屋の確保がされていない。

・お客さまのご連絡先が当館に共有されず、やり取りをすることができない。

・Agodaのメッセージ機能に時間差があり、当日必要なご連絡が届かない。

・当館の正規料金と異なる価格で販売されている場合がある。

このような状況を防ぐため、ANGLEのご予約は、当館公式サイト（CHILLNN）またはbooking.comからおこなっていただきますよう、お願いいたします。

Agoda経由でのご予約につきましては、当館で内容の確認・変更・キャンセル（事前決済を含む）を承ることができません。

Recently, some of our rooms have been listed & resold on Agoda by third-party agents, available which has unfortunately caused issues such as:

＊Reservation details not being properly transmitted to us, resulting in rooms not being secured.

＊Guests’ contact information not being shared, so we cannot send important check-in guidance (especially for late arrivals).

＊Delays in Agoda’s message system, meaning urgent updates do not reach guests in time.

＊Rooms being shown at prices higher than our official rates.

To avoid these problems, we kindly recommend making reservations through our official website.

Please note that for bookings made via Agoda, we are unable to check, modify, o r cancel reservations (including prepaid ones).
If you have booked through Agoda, kindly contact their customer support directly.

There have been unfortunate cases where guests arriving late at night could not check in because their booking details were not shared with us.
